FROM FLEVOLAND

Flevoland originally was part of “De Zuiderzee”. By means of several dykes two polders were created and evidently became land after one and another. January 1986 was the official birth of the Province of Flevoland.

Of course several old cities like Urk and Emmeloord were already existing and part of the province Overijssel.

So far we haven’t been able to track down groups from these cities. But we know the must be some since it was happening everywhere

in The Netherlands!
